Emirates Judgment Enforcement carries out court judgments on behalf of the courts. Its old website made people hunt for services and push through long, confusing requests, and it looked dated and fell short on mobile and in English. I led the UX/UI team that redesigned it around the services people come for, with simpler request flows, an execution portal and a new visual identity, in Arabic and English.

The Situation

Emirates Judgment Enforcement carries out court rulings on behalf of the courts, and its website is where people start when they need a ruling enforced.

01

The Problem

The old experience hid its services, stretched requests across long confusing forms, looked dated and fell short on mobile and in English.

02

The Solution

Services moved up front as cards on the homepage, requests became short step by step flows, and execution files got their own portal.

What Changed

A redesign built around what people come to do: find a service, send a request and follow their file.

What I Learned

Nobody visits an enforcement website for fun. They come to get something done, so the redesign had to get out of the way: put the services on the first screen, cut each request down to what matters, and make Arabic and English feel equally at home.
