Designing a complete roadside assistance experience from scratch.
I led the end to end design of a mobile app that helps drivers request roadside assistance, arrange their journey, and track their assigned vehicle in real time.
When a car breaks down, drivers need more than a repair.
Understanding what drivers need when things go wrong.
From the first interaction to the final destination.

One connected flow, from request to arrival.
Making every step easier to understand.

Visual service selection
Service cards with images and clear names help people recognise the service they need.

Flexible pickup and drop-off
Use your current location or pick another point, then choose a destination such as home or a service center.

Transparent pricing and payment
The estimated cost is shown before you confirm. Pay by card, or choose cash after the trip.

Live tracking and arrival updates
Once a driver is assigned, follow the vehicle on a map, see its route and watch the arrival time update.
Automatic driver assignment
Behind the interface, each request goes to the nearest available driver, connecting the app to dispatch.
Easier to come back to.

Vehicle details are reused, so a repeat request doesn't start from scratch.
Support answers and branch locations live inside the app.
After each job, people rate the service and share feedback.
Less uncertainty while waiting for help.
A connected experience, built around a real need.
These figures describe the service the app supports, not measured results of the design.
Can someone who needs help understand what to do, complete the request, and know what happens next, without having to think too hard about the app?
